Return & Refund Policy

 

All WOTHEME products are digital goods (WordPress themes and templates) delivered electronically. Due to the non-tangible and irrevocable nature of digital products, all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds.

 

No refunds: We do not offer refunds for accidental purchases or change of mind.

 

Technical failure: A refund may be issued only if a product is proven to be defective or broken and our support team is unable to provide a working fix within 7 business days of you reporting the issue.

 

Delivery: Upon cleared payment, you receive an automated email with your download link. Some orders may undergo manual anti-fraud verification, which can delay delivery by up to 12 hours.
